The housing of the populations in the world being a recognized humane need and in constant increase, the creators of  SYSCERA concept developed a quasi indestructible system of economic construction, allowing advised investors to begin on healthy bases in the supply of structural components for the habitat everywhere in the world.

In Europe in particular, it also allows in the rural communes and the large towns of build at low cost of the social housing, residences of old people, schools, cribs, etc...

The basic element is a panel of three-dimensional structure metal – TD8 – which allows the realization of antiseismic constructions, also resistant to the tsunamis and the hurricanes. (Dimension = 3m X 1,10 m X 8cm/ 10.50 kg).


Associated the reduced concrete injected, these panels thus constitute an inseparable “composite”, therefore much more interesting everywhere where it is usable that the reinforced concrete of which it is a positive evolution, the more so as it can be set up without heavy means (no crane), and with unskilled workers, opening important prospects for employment of unemployed persons.

Its low cost price is due to the limited cost of the supplies and the use of unskilled workers. The time of construction of an accommodation is reduced, a very important element for each customer, and particularly for a developer, enabling him to make profitable investments quickly. 4 to 6 working week to deliver a villa of 90 m ², 10 to 14 working weeks to deliver a small building of 8 apartments.

This panel is adaptable to the quasi totality of the needs for the private individuals, under all the latitudes, because the lines, right-hand sides or curves, are carried out without restriction, with suitable decorations according to budgets' available, and in the respect of the French standards in particular. The architects are not limited any more to forms, linear and curve line, all their desires are realizable for the construction of the dwellings.
