customer (manufacturer or promoter), and calculation of necessary
volumes of products

A help with the design on behalf of the
engineering and design department
SYSCERA
will make it possible to the architects to carry out plans of
construction,
in order to optimise the implementation of products
SYSCERA.

As of the validation of the plane files, the
following elements will be calculated by the engineering and design
department
SYSCERA,
including the enhanced value of each product indicated below :
- Number
of panels necessary for the whole of construction.
- Panels to be
cut out corresponding to the doors and windows, the quantities of
“PAF”, (Poutrafil), (or R8 = produced
SYSCERA), and
of Armanet, fits latticework on metal end.
- Quantity of
concrete reduced to make deliver on the building site, including the
expanded polystyrene chips.
- Numbers and type of mortar
pumps, for concrete injection through the panels.
- Correct
equipments, as staff for production.
From where establishment by
SYSCERA
of the pro forma invoice (including freight – maritime, railway or
truck, according to the final destination.)
Drafting of a note of assembly of projected
constructions, to allow the customer to prepare his personnel and his
average own techniques.
Staff training:
A technical aid could be provided by
SYSCERA on the
first building sites, according to the needs (services invoiced).
